VNES SmartTMS
is a tender management system for many types of medium
and small-scaled business, such as construction companies,
trading and production companies, and other enterprises
that work with open projects.
First developed in August, 2002, the current version
of SmartTMS, it is 1.0.9.5, has been installed and implemented
in one international Hong Kong-based company and some
other Vietnamese companies, who operates in the construction
industry on all over the country. |
