What is SmartTMS

VNES SmartTMS is a tender management system for many types of medium and small-scaled business, such as construction companies, trading and production companies, and other enterprises that work with open projects.

First developed in August, 2002, the current version of SmartTMS, it is 1.0.9.5, has been installed and implemented in one international Hong Kong-based company and some other Vietnamese companies, who operates in the construction industry on all over the country.

 
Overview
- Construction items are easy to be found and selected from list of items that were declared in the Master Setup module.
- Item's unit price can be retrieved instantly from database for lowest price, latest price and best price from a vendor or by other user-defined query criteria.
- Information between summary and collection are automatically inter-related. Updates in one part will also make changes in another part and vice versa.
- Strictly control user access. Users are granted permissions to view / create / modify / delete items.
- Advance calculation of construction amounts is organized into two-dimension table to classify these amounts by construction item or construction site.
- Utilize the 3-tier model that increases security, flexibility and application performance.
- Bar code technology is already integrated in the application. A wide range of hand-held devices are also supported.
- Multi-language and multi-user working environment with friendly customizable graphical user interface.
- Highly secured system. Users are granted permissions on each function. Every change to important data are kept track.
